I should have entered this before... but last time the lift broke down and I had to walk down the stairs I saw that the racist graffiti was up again and also washed off. (you can still just make it out though.) Last time I had to report it but this time I am v glad that it was someone else that noticed it (not that it was hard being 5" high). At least there's one other person in the building who find it offensive and isn't frightened to tell the building managers. When it was me, I really felt that I was alone.
