I was giving out information about the visual art exhibition I organised and talking to people as they walked by on the street, when a guy out of the blue asked, Am I a Christian? I was deeply shocked and kind of offended and asked him why he asked that. He didn't answer and apologised. Only later did it dawn on me that he was probably not trying to insult me, and that in fact he might have been a Christian himself. I hadn't intended to offend him in turn, or even Christians in general, but I was somehow suspicious of the label and the reasons for giving it.
