I never wrote this one at the time because I don't often even pick up on anti-Irish racism. When I first moved to Britain, it was very apparent to me - and it was quite shocking because that kind of thing was never said in Australia - but nowadays here in England anti-Irish racism is just background noise because I'm accustomed to it.
It was on "Never Mind the Buzzcocks", a comedy music quiz, and the tv show just peddled the stereotypes in the way that lazy comedy always does.
