Walked past St Pauls at about 10 at night. I watched as a black man walked towards 2 white people sitting on a bench. One clasped at their bags as the man approached. As I walked past, I saw that the man was simply walking on the only footpath he could take and wasn't looking at the white people, just walked on in his own business.
